We offer quantity discounts on two or more signs. Discounts are based on the number of signs ordered. Mix or match they don't have to be the same design to qualify for discounts.

All our signs come with a standard 2 year warranty covering both the neon power supply and the neon tubes.

 

If you experience problems with one of our signs please contact us for help. Replacement parts are available for every sign we manufacture.

We guarantee that your sign will arrive undamaged. We will repair or replace any sign damaged during shipping at no charge to the customer. Orders will be shipped via UPS ("Ground") Service. Shipping is limited to U.S. delivery. We do not ship outside the U.S. Because of the oversized boxes we use 2 day and overnight shipping are not available. Customers can expect to receive their product within 1-5 business days after being shipped from our Illinois location.

We guarantee that your sign will arrive undamaged. We will repair or replace any sign damaged during shipping at no charge to the customer. Immediately contact us. Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours. As the shipper we will contact UPS and begin the claim process. You must retain all packing material that the damaged item was delivered in. The damaged item and the packing material needs to be picked up by UPS. After the pickup by UPS, we will ship a replacement or repair and return the original item.

Your satisfaction with our products is very important to us. We do accept returns and exchanges on all our stock neon signs. Contact us for a return authorization number. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee & shipping charges are non-refundable. You may exchange any stock neon sign for a different model. There is no restocking fee charged for exchanges. Signs made in custom colors cannot be returned. Customer must return sign VIA UPS or FedEx in original box & packing material. No returns allowed after 14 days.
